Charleston County School Board Ignores the plight of its black students. Underperformance by 4rth grade ends up putting many kids on the street dropping out of school by 10th grade with no future. In California, black students' underperformance rate is 67%.

All Men are created equal
Endowed by their creator I quote
I would add women to this sequel
With certain inalienable rights -
Life, Liberty, and happiness
Without designating it only for whites
So why is this country in racial distress?
We are one nation under God
Whose house divided can not stand
The educational disparity is quite odd
Black equal education we must demand
Red Tails were maligned at first
But white bomber pilots soon prefered
Red Tails having proven their worth
Defending the bombers from the Nazi Herd
Robert Johnson sang the Blues
Along with Muddy, Aretha, and Ray.
These great singers paid their dues
And their music rivals white singers of today
In Charleston, we have 48%
Of black kids underperforming
As early as 4rth grade we seal their fate
Unless education undergoes serious reforming
Yet our Magnet High School ranks number 2
Throughout this countries High Schools
With only under 4% black to view
Black futures are violations of God’s rules.
A local tragedy with national reach
Elder in California says 67 %
The pastors must use pulpits to preach
If we are ever going to make a dent
We demand equal education funds
For every kid enrolled
That is the only way this country can run
On the words, the founding fathers told
