Howie,
1. When we plan 75 years in the future for South Carolina starting with Charleston we do so based on the 400-plus years of the past that created the USA.
Reference:
In answer to the MAGA crowd, we start with 400 years past in a law the Republicans in Congress voted for and Trump signed Jan 8th, 2018.
FYI in SC we will do 500 years based on the Spanish colonial start in 1526
.
75 years in the future in 15 five-year planning sessions aligned with each SC Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy.
To bring young blacks as well as old black folk in the state we build on this work Http://www.pfpad.africa 75 years in the future with the Friends of the United Nations Permanent Forum on People of African Descent Zoom on it every Tuesday at Noon EST Please register for the meeting.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. https://zoom.us/meeting/register/tJwodeiprjwuGdWoUAng4vQ_OjAaqHNk7qZa
2. South Carolina will become a driving state in the creation of The Friends of the United Nations Permanent Forum on People of African Descent as the driver for the Global Compact for Democracy with a #JustEconomy to Pandemic Proof the World that makes the Uis to be promoted in the USA in all 435 Congressional Districts by district based BIPOCA ALLIANCES.
The term BIPOCA stands for
Black Folk and
Indigenous People with
People of Color and
Allied People
These domestic BIPOCA ALLIANCES will adopt the Friends of the African Union Institute's 7 Pillars of Social Justice which are:
(1.) Take care of babies, children, and teens including when they are in school, and include Advanced Placement (AP) with an emphasis on American history based on factual research in human labor and capital over the 400 years covered by H.R.1242, the 400 Years of African-American History Commission Act; Science Technology Engineering and Math (STEM); Fashion Arts Music Entertainment (FAME); and, in Sports/Recreation;
(2.) Take care of families in distress;
(3.) Take care of those people involved in domestic violence;
(4.) Take care of those people who do not have the means to feed themselves;
(5.) Take care of those people in need of a home;
(6.) Take care of those people who need health care.; and,
(7.) Take care of those people who need help to full fill life as part of a new global social compact with the United States of America as expressed in our Declaration of Independence and evolution as a nation from March 4th, 1789, and the 2019 Document on Human Fraternity for World Peace and Living Together so as to leave no one behind as we create Community in BIPOCA ALLIANCES from the creators of the Chaos that is willing to torch America’s democratic institutions if it aligned with their self-interest.
3. We recognize that in the South Carolina House of Representatives, the recent loss of eight African American legislators is more than just a partisan power shift. Five were defeated by white Republicans in the 2022 midterm elections, and three lost their districts due to gerrymandering during redistricting. This loss of representation could be, without our action now, an ominous sign of things to come. Through our actions in Charleston, we will show our response in alignment with Bidens EO 14089 and other actions aligned with the administration that the loss of black legislators in 2022 need not weaken, forever, the Democratic party’s influence in South Carolina. We will show that in 2024 that the underrepresented African American communities across the state can create new voices of Representation even an ex-Republican who has seen the light. We will create a new generation of leaders and legislators who will be more than just elected officials – they will be advocates for these communities. The unique concerns and needs of these communities will be addressed through an Open Government process starting May 8th in alignment with the FIFTH U.S. OPEN GOVERNMENT NATIONAL ACTION PLAN (see enclosed)
4. The Open Government Partnership (OGP) is a multilateral initiative that aims to secure concrete commitments from national and sub-national governments to promote open government, empower citizens, fight corruption, and harness new technologies to strengthen governance. In the spirit of multi-stakeholder collaboration, OGP is overseen by a steering committee including representatives of governments and civil society organizations. We will ask the city of Charleston to join OGP Local. Local governments are closest to their citizens, resulting in innovative and ambitious open government reforms. Whether a state, prefecture or municipality, local government is in charge of delivering essential public services. That’s why OGP Local was launched in 2016, building partnerships between local governments and civil society organizations to make governments more open, inclusive, participatory and accountable to their citizens.
5. Because the Cincinnati Empowerment Corporation dba Friends of the African Union is not a 501c3 it can directly support the above actions and speak truth to power in SC. Others are 501c3 and support the 7 pillars as issues.
6. We will release our work at The Commission on the Status of Women (CSW) is where representatives of Member States, UN entities, and ECOSOC-accredited non-governmental organizations (NGOs) like our FAU Women partner UNESCO Center for Peace from all regions of the world are invited to contribute to the session. Now as we get ready for the CSW's 68th meeting we bring the women of SC through the UN Women He for She program of action led by Howie through membership in the newly established SCDP Women Caucus (see SCDP Rules included). The SCDP Black Women Caucus should be a partner in this along with the SCDP College Caucus.
Support for this will be provided by our work at CSW67
7. So Yes launch your campaign in Columbia SC at the 8th Annual Day in Blue sponsored by the Democratic Women of SC 2 days aft you celebrate International Workers' Day with our Project Labor Agreement-based plan in the #BlackFolksPlan to build 7m homes. Friends of the African Union support this move.
THE CONDITION IS FROM NOW ON THE CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT IN ALIGNMENT WITH THIS DOCUMENT IS IN THE HANDS AS OF MAY 1 2023 IN A NEWLY FORMED COMPANY MULTIMEDIA ADVERTISING AND MARKETING OF SOUTH CAROLINA WHICH WILL BE FORMED BY FAU AND PARTNERS
