This is an effort initiated by Yonah-El and the Ateker Kingdom Alliance and
separately by The Sons and Daughters of Africa, The African Diaspora
Directorate, the World Congress of Mayors and Black Townships and
Settlement Alliance, the Take Back Our Children Benefit Concert Tour,
and my 55-year effort to Equity Worldwide.

Below please find a framework of ideas, none are set
in stone. Pull up a chair at our round stable on Sunday
Afternoon.
1. Letters to 150 major cities of our project. These letters are sent from Dr. Jenkins
with a cover letter from a nearby WCM/ BTSA cities and towns asking to
partner to fund projects in each of these two cities and towns.
2. Develop Interfaith Cooperation between American, Canadian, and US cities and
towns concentrating on WCM partnerships with a nearby big city through
revitalizing efforts we called the Charleston Congress of Religions and
Then, after 9/11/2001- Interfaith Partners of South Carolina.
3. Bring a University, College, and Tech School into the mix in each city/town.
4.. Move Roosevelt Tarrelson's Welfare to Work programs to the universities along
with Health Care, Education, Government, and many other disciplines.
5. Moving to stop Gun Violence as our main flagship issue The Take Back Our
Children Benefit Concert Tour could raise funds to fund and sustain the
initiative with Dr. Ehrenkrantz Rotary Clubs and Results Organizations worldwide.
They will bring the Chambers of Commerce to the table.

to give a damn. Also, 50% of police killings are of mentally challenged
citizens.

13. ATTACK ON DEMOCRACY Those city councils responsible for taking the
power rightfully bestowed on the Mayors by the voters.

over.
15. Those that are Racist and Anti-Semitic.
16. Those responsible for a lack of proper Mental Health Group Homes.

17. Those responsible for underserved farmers and the fact that there
were close to a million black farmers in 1920. Now only 45,000 due to the USDA
and Jim Crow laws still adhered to today nationally. .

Howard holds S. Carolina Law Enforcement Division Private Detective License #30 and has investigated public officials from small-town Mayors to the United States President. He conducts investigations in South Africa, Nigeria, England, France, Canada, and Mexico. and had investigations featured by Geraldo Rivera, Bill O’Reilly, CNN, and MSNBC. Comen was published in The NY Times and Washington Post. He has a Political Science Degree from U. of South Carolina where he developed a Student Marshall Program as a buffer during riots between students, administrators, and law enforcement. Since college, he’s worked to bring about Interfaith, Racial, Tribal, Ethnic, and Gender Equity.
