SUGGESTED GAME PLAN AT WCM AUGUST 18 2023 MEETING

T-BOC WCM BENEFIT CONCERN TOUR PROPOSAL TO END GUN VIOLENCE

AN EQUITY IN EDUCATION, ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY, AND JUSTICE

God told Joshua to put away the swords and break out the trumpets and the walls will come tumbling down. The Music will break down many walls. T-BOC and WCM will finally realize God's words to Joshua.

1. Letter to the 150 largest cities in the nation. Prepared by Comen and Mocha Brown

Dear [Politician's Name],

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to request the honor of a Zoom meeting with you to discuss a matter of great significance and urgency: the need to address and combat gun violence in our community. I am deeply committed to finding effective ways to curb this escalating issue and create safer environments for our children. Given your leadership and dedication to our community, I believe your insights and support would greatly enhance our efforts.

I am pleased to share that I have been actively involved in planning a series of events that are designed not only to raise awareness about gun violence but also to raise funds for initiatives that will aid in its prevention. The events include the Take Back Our Children Concert, Basketball Clinics, former Globetrotter Bobby Hunter's Barnstormers Team, and an amateur Comedy Night Competition. These events are not only opportunities for community engagement but also avenues through which we aim to generate the resources necessary to save our children from the devastating impacts of gun violence.

In addition to my personal commitment to this cause, I am proud to have been a protege of the late Marvin Gaye, who composed the iconic song "What's Going On." The lyrics of the song resonate deeply with our mission: "I just wanna ask a question, who really cares? To save a world in despair… Who really cares?" This question is at the core of our efforts, and I firmly believe that by uniting individuals who genuinely care about the future of our children, we can make a substantial impact.

It is with this intention that I am seeking your engagement and participation in these events. Your presence would not only lend credibility to our cause but also offer an invaluable platform to shed light on the issues of drug abuse and gun violence that continue to plague our community. By partnering with you, we aim to channel the funds raised through these events toward essential outreach programs that will play a pivotal role in reclaiming the lives and futures of our children.

I kindly request a Zoom meeting at your earliest convenience to discuss how we can collaborate and make a tangible difference in the fight against gun violence. Your insights and support are crucial to the success of our endeavors, and I am hopeful that through our combined efforts, we can create a lasting impact.

Thank you in advance for considering my request. Your commitment to the well-being of our community is greatly admired, and I am eager to have the opportunity to speak with you about how we can work together to bring about positive change. I look forward to your timely response and the potential to collaborate for a safer and brighter future.

Sincerely,

[Your Name] [Your Title/Position] [Organization, if applicable] [Email Address] [Phone Number]

2. WCM and BTSA Mayors write a cover letter to the neighboring City close to one of the 150 Cities following up in a few days with a phone call. - IS YOUR CITY INTERESTED? If YES, We schedule a Zoom Meeting with the Mayor to explain the program process.

Example- Mayor Cross writes DC Mayor.

3. Second Zoom we ask the  Mayor to invite whomever he or she wants to form a committee. We suggest the Superintendent of Education, Police Chief, and locals the Mayor chooses. Dr. Ehrenkrantz brings Rotary and Results Clubs to the meetings ( the clubs invite Chambers of Commerce and a Clergy member.

4. Clergy member forms the DC CONGRESS OF RELIGIONS. A Glen Arden Clergy member forms a GLEN ARDEN CONGRESS OF RELIGIONS. John Moss should bring all this country's First Americans to Congresses. and benefit from the funding.
