UNSOLVED MURDERS, MISSING PERSONS, AND EXPLOITED CHILDREN CASES TO BE GIVEN FRESH LOOKS AS THE OPEN HEART CLOSED CASE INITIATIVE BEGINS

The Washington DC unsolved May 2015 murder of DC Radio Personality Ken McClenton's daughter, 27 year old community news reporter Charnice Milton has sparked an international effort to re open investigations into unsolved murders, missing persons, and exploited children cases across the US. 

I have interest from retired law enforcement currently licensed private detectives from throughout the United States, as well as from Mexico, Canada, Pakistan, Brazil, China, and Africa. The first five cases under consideration will be in Gig Harbor Washington, Orlando Florida, Washington DC. Baltimore Maryland and Sacramento California,  

The private detectives, all members of Intellenet are donating 20 hours of work over two months on these unsolved cases.

I intend to raise funds to extend these supplemental law enforcement associations beyond the two month trial period. Police department capabilities will be extremely strained after Paris. I am hoping to fund with our 501C3 experienced retired cops to help departments long term.
