While Charleston Boasts the number 2 High School in the Country
Most Murderers in North Charleston have 10th grade education or less

“[W]hite students score an average of 1.5 to 2-grade levels higher than black students in the average district.” – Reardon, et al., 2019
Larry Elder- a conservative radio host and Republican who is among the leading candidates to replace Democrat Gov. Gavin Newsom in the upcoming recall election says “ About 67 percent of Black students did not meet state standards for English language arts on standardized tests, according to the California Department of Education. Roughly half of all public school students who took state tests did not meet the standard for English.
In Charleston County Schools 48% of black students underperformed in math and reading by grade 4 as opposed to 6 and 8 % of white students., yet we boast the Academic Magnet High School (3.7 % black students) is rated number two in the nation.
Chief Burgess of the North Charleston Police Department, in a recent meeting, determined that most of the murders in his jurisdiction were committed with murderers with a 10th grade or less education.
100 parents and concerned citizens in rural Charleston came out to make their presence known to two new Principals, two current Principals, several rural Mayors, Charleston County School Board Chair Rev. Mack and longtime equality activist Dr Helen
Frazier. Dr Frazier has a 25 year education background in Charleston County Schools. She has been an outspoken critic of racist policies that have doomed black students since the beginning of this country.

Howard holds S. Carolina Law Enforcement Division Private Detective License #30 and has investigated public officials from small-town Mayors to the United States President. He conducts investigations in South Africa, Nigeria, England, France, Canada, Mexico and had investigations featured by Geraldo Rivera, Bill O’Reilly, CNN, MSNBC and was published in The NY Times and Washington Post. He has a Political Science Degree from U. of South Carolina where he developed a Student Marshall Program as a buffer during riots between students, administrators, and law enforcement. Since college, he’s worked to bring about Interfaith, Racial, Tribal, Ethnic and Gender Equity. He teamed up with ADR’s Deborah Levine to develop ADR New Beginning 2020 in association with the U.N. World Interfaith Harmony Week, World Conference of Mayors, and Historic Black Townships and Settlements Alliance.
